All final loan approvals, disbursements, and insurance policy issuances are subject to the sole discretion of the respective financial institution or insurer, and are governed by their own terms and conditions.

To use our services, you must:

• Be a resident of India.
• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information in all applications and forms.
• Have a valid mobile number and email address for communication purposes.

4. User Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

• Not misrepresent your financial status, identity, or purpose of loan/insurance.
• Not use our platform for any fraudulent, illegal, or unauthorized purpose.

Any misrepresentation or fraudulent activity will result in immediate termination of services and may be reported to relevant authorities.

5. No Guarantee of Approval

UIDB Finance does not guarantee loan approval, insurance issuance, or any specific interest rate or premium. All such decisions rest entirely with the lending institution or insurance company. We facilitate the process but have no authority over the final outcome of any application.

6. Fees and Charges

Our advisory and facilitation services are generally provided free of charge to applicants. In certain cases, a processing or documentation fee may be applicable, which will be communicated to you clearly before any charges are incurred. We do not charge any upfront fees without prior written disclosure.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, is the property of UIDB Finance and is protected under applicable Indian intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this website without our express written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability
